If I could say anything.. then it would probably be the fact that the transition between the dark blue and light green might seem very sudden on some places..
The pipes have a good transition already and still have enough contrast to stand out from the background.
If the light is coming from the left somewhat there should probably be a light spot on the "bride" in the right as well..
The saturation of your colors is also very high for the mid ground.. I would've kept those for stuff that's in the foreground because now it's really giving me this impression that the right side is close to me but in fact it is actually not even half as close as the left side is.. I guess you could solve this by lowering the saturation a little bit here and there ^^ just what aerial perspective does.
